Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 21 September 2026
These are the terms that apply when you use aklin.io. They are short, and they cover the website only: our consulting work is always governed by a separate written agreement.
About these terms
These terms govern your use of aklin.io (the “website”), which is operated by AKLIN TechnoLabs AB, Stockholm, Sweden (“AKLIN”, “we”, “us”). By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.
These terms cover the website only. Consulting, development or other services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement between AKLIN and the client, and nothing on this website constitutes an offer to provide services on particular terms.
Using the website
You may use the website for lawful purposes only. In particular, you agree not to:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or any connected systems;
- interfere with the security, availability or performance of the website;
- use automated tools to submit the contact form or to scrape the website at scale;
- upload or transmit malicious code, or use the website to send unsolicited communications.
We may restrict or block access to the website, without notice, if we believe these terms are being breached.
Content and intellectual property
All content on the website — including text, graphics, the AKLIN name and logo, images and code — is owned by AKLIN or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
You may view the website and share links to it. You may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or create derivative works from its content without our prior written permission. Nothing in these terms grants you any licence to use the AKLIN name or logo.
Information on the website
The website is provided for general information about AKLIN and its services. It is not professional, technical or legal advice for your particular situation, and you should not rely on it as such.
We take care to keep the content accurate and up to date, but we make no warranty that it is complete, correct or current, and we may change or remove content, features or the website itself at any time without notice. The website is provided “as is” and “as available”.
Contact form submissions
When you send us a message through the contact form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to share it with us. We handle the personal data in your message as described in our Privacy Policy.
Please do not send confidential or proprietary information through the form. Until a non-disclosure or services agreement is in place, we cannot treat information you send us as confidential.
Third-party links and services
The website may link to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices, and a link does not imply our endorsement.
The contact page uses Google reCAPTCHA, which is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Swedish law, AKLIN is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, business, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the website or its content.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law. Mandatory consumer protection rights are not affected.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the latest change shown at the top. By continuing to use the website after a change is published, you accept the updated terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the website shall be settled by the Swedish courts, with Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the court of first instance, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to info@aklin.io or through the contact form.
